What this is

A daily coaching app that closes the loop.

Most people set goals and then quietly drift — not because they don't care, but because nothing ever shows them where the drift started. Design Your Day gives you two short check-ins a day, then reads your own life back to you.

"You can't change what you can't see."

Awareness

You start the day by naming what's actually going on — how you feel, who you're choosing to be, and the one thought most likely to pull you off track. Nothing changes until you can see it.

Decisions

Then you decide on purpose instead of by default: 3 Musts — your non-negotiables for the day, each with a time attached. Small, specific, and chosen because they move you forward, not because they fill a list.

Results

At night you score the day honestly and say why. Over days that score becomes a pattern, and the pattern is where real change lives.

A day in the app

  1. Morning — five minutes. Feeling, identity, intention, and your 3 Musts — non-negotiables with a time on each that actually move you forward. Plus the routines that quietly tell the story of who you're becoming.

  2. During the day — nothing to manage. Check off your Musts as they happen. And the marble jar shows you where your time actually goes — every time you lose focus, you'll see it. Most people don't have a time problem, they have a focus problem. You can't change what you can't see.

  3. Evening — ten minutes. Score your day, name your win, your lesson, and what knocked you off course. Then set the score you want tomorrow and how you'll get it — because later never comes.

  4. Weekly — the Reset. The app tells you what it noticed, what it connects to, what it proves, and what to watch next week.

  5. Monthly — the Mirror. A written reflection of your last 30 days, built from your own entries and coached in Christine's voice.

Isn't this just a journal?

A journal stores. This coaches. A journal will never tell you that you've missed your afternoon Musts four Wednesdays in a row, or that your best days all start the same way. Your weekly Reset and monthly Mirror will — and they'll ask you the question a coach would ask next.

Who's behind it

Design Your Day is built by Christine Randall Coaching & Consulting, LLC. It's the coaching conversation Christine has with clients every day — the frameworks, the questions, and the honesty — in a form you can carry with you.

Five minutes in the morning. Ten at night. Everything else follows.
